It accommodates up to six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans per compartment, making it ideal for high-volume food preparation. Equipped with user-friendly digital controls, this steamer requires a plumbed water and drain connection, ensuring seamless operation. Notably, the warranty remains valid regardless of water quality, eliminating the need for additional water filtration systems.
