It accommodates up to six 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" deep pans, making it ideal for various food preparation needs. Equipped with user-friendly digital controls, this electric steamer ensures precise temperature management. It requires a plumbed water and drain connection, and its design is not affected by water quality, eliminating the need for water filtration. With a powerful output of 10.7kW at 240V (or 8kW at 208V), it operates on a dual voltage system. The unit comes with a NEMA L15-30P cord and is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Proudly made in the USA, the AccuTemp E62403E110 is also ENERGY STAR® certified, promoting energy efficiency in your kitchen.
