The ACP MRX2BL XpressChef™ 3i Series Combination Oven offers versatile cooking capabilities with a compact 0.61 cu. ft. capacity. It features a powerful 3000 watts of impingement cooking and 2000 watts of microwave energy, allowing for rapid cooking across a temperature range of 200°F to 520°F (95°C to 270°C). This oven is designed for stackable use and includes a 4-stage cooking process with 11 power levels and over 1200 menu settings for customizable meal preparation. The 7" True-Touch™ HD touchscreen display simplifies operation, while USB, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet connectivity enable easy updates and menu management. The catalytic converter effectively filters grease-laden air and vapors, supporting ventless operation. It comes with three removable filters and a clean filter reminder for maintenance ease. The bottom-hinged pull-down door provides convenient access, and the stainless steel interior ensures durability and easy cleaning. The exterior combines stainless steel and painted steel for a sleek look. Included with the oven are a cook plate (CP10) and an oven paddle (PA10). Operating at 5.95kW, it requires a 208-240v/60/1-ph power supply with a 28.6 amp draw and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-30P plug.
