The 1" thick smooth steel plate ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. Equipped with five thermostatic burner controls, you can easily adjust temperatures from 200°F to 450°F to suit various cooking needs. The griddle includes a stainless steel drip tray for easy cleanup, along with stainless steel front and sides for durability and a professional appearance. Splash guards and a grease trough enhance safety and convenience during cooking. Adjustable legs provide stability on any countertop, and the unit is field convertible to LPG with L.P. orifices. With a powerful output of 150,000 BTU and a 3/4" rear NPT connection, this griddle meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
