It features six powerful 30,000 BTU top burners, each measuring 12" x 12", providing ample cooking space and efficiency. The removable cast iron top grates ensure easy cleaning and maintenance, while individual pilot lights and controls offer precise temperature management. This range includes two standard ovens with a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F, each equipped with two adjustable racks for versatile cooking options. The backriser with shelf and removable crumb tray enhance functionality and cleanliness. The elevated griddle and broiler, positioned 8-1/4" above the cooktop, features a spacious 24"W x 21"D cooking surface with a robust 3/4" thick griddle plate and an adjustable built-in broiler rack. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the range is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It also includes 6" adjustable legs for stability and easy leveling. With a total output of 276,000 BTU, this range is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring safety and reliability in food preparation.
