The Admiral Craft GRPZ-2D/67 Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table is designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. This 2-section unit measures 67.3"W x 31.5"D x 39.4"H and offers an impressive 18 cu ft capacity. It features side mount self-contained refrigeration with a digital temperature controller and LED display, allowing for precise temperature management within a range of 33°F to 41°F. The table includes two adjustable plastic-coated steel shelves for customizable storage, and an insulated hinged lid to maintain optimal temperatures. A 19" deep, 3/4" thick polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The self-closing doors with recessed handles ensure easy access while maintaining efficiency. Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel exterior and painted aluminum interior, this prep table is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen.
