Description
The Admiral Craft GRSL-3D Refrigerated Counter is a versatile sandwich and salad prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. With a spacious 3-section layout, it measures 70-1/4"W x 29-1/2"D x 42-1/4"H and offers 18 cu.ft. of storage capacity. The rear mount self-contained refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance, maintaining a temperature range of 33° to 41°F, controlled by a digital temperature controller with an easy-to-read LED display. This unit features auto defrost functionality and includes three adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves for customizable storage. The insulated hinged lid helps maintain temperature while providing easy access to ingredients. A durable 10-1/4" deep x 3/4" thick polyethylene cutting board offers ample workspace for food preparation. The GRSL-3D is equipped with three self-closing doors featuring recessed handles for easy operation. Its painted aluminum interior is complemented by a robust 430 stainless steel exterior, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" casters, two of which are locking for stability. Operating on R290 refrigerant, this unit is powered by a 3/4 HP compressor and requires a 115v/60/1-ph electrical connection with an 8.6 amp draw. The product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and includes clear plastic food pans for immediate use.
