Description
The Admiral Craft GRSLM-2D is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This 2-section unit measures 47"W x 34"D x 46"H and offers a spacious 12 cu.ft. of storage. It features rear mount self-contained refrigeration with a digital temperature control and LED display, ensuring precise temperature management within a range of 33° to 41°F. The unit includes an auto defrost function for hassle-free maintenance and comes equipped with two adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves for customizable storage. The insulated hinged lid helps maintain optimal temperatures, while the 8" deep x 3/4" thick polyethylene cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Access is convenient with two self-closing doors featuring recessed handles, and the interior is constructed from painted aluminum for durability. The exterior is made from 430 stainless steel, ensuring a sleek and professional appearance. Mobility is facilitated by four 4" casters, with two locking for stability. Operating on R290 refrigerant, this unit has a 1/4 HP compressor and runs on 115v/60/1-ph at 5.2 amps.
