The Admiral Craft HDS-1300W/100 Hot Dog Steamer is designed for efficient and convenient food service. With dimensions of 18"W x 14-1/4"D x 16"H, it features a side-by-side design that accommodates up to 100 hot dogs, each measuring 6" x 11"D x 8"H. The separate bun compartment, measuring 11"W x 11"D x 8"H, can hold 36-48 buns and includes humidity control to keep buns fresh. This steamer is equipped with an adjustable thermostat ranging from 85°F to 175°F, allowing for precise temperature control. It boasts a quick 20-minute cooking time and a generous 8-quart capacity water pan for optimal steaming. The top-loading design facilitates easy access, while the front valve drain simplifies cleanup. Constructed with a durable stainless steel body and lids, it features tempered glass front and back for visibility. Additional conveniences include Bakelite knobs, a lighted power switch, and non-skid feet for stability. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1300 watts and 10.8 amps, it comes with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.
