The unit includes three removable plastic-coated wire shelves, allowing for flexible storage options. A front digital temperature controller with an LED display ensures precise temperature management, while the automatic defrosting feature simplifies maintenance. The self-closing door, equipped with a recessed handle, enhances convenience and energy efficiency. The removable door gasket allows for easy cleaning and replacement. Constructed with a durable 304 stainless steel interior and a 430 stainless steel exterior, this freezer is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It is mounted on four 4" casters for easy mobility. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 7.1 amp draw and a 3/4 HP compressor, it comes with a 7' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
