The Admiral Craft USSL-2D/60 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. With a spacious 60" width and a 15 cu.ft. capacity, this two-section unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration for efficient cooling. It includes two doors with recessed handles for easy access and an insulated hinged lid to maintain optimal temperatures. Equipped with a digital temperature controller and LED display, the unit allows for precise temperature management. Automatic defrosting simplifies maintenance, while two plastic-coated wire shelves provide ample storage for ingredients. The 3/4" thick removable polyethylene cutting board offers a durable workspace, and the removable door gasket ensures a tight seal for energy efficiency. The unit comes with 16 included 1/6 pans for versatile food storage and presentation. Constructed with a 430 stainless steel exterior and a 304 stainless steel interior, it combines durability with easy cleaning.
