With a spacious 47" width and 12 cu.ft. capacity, this two-section unit features rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration for optimal cooling. It includes two doors with recessed handles for easy access and an insulated hinged lid to maintain temperature. The digital temperature controller with LED display ensures precise monitoring, while the automatic defrosting feature simplifies maintenance. The prep table comes equipped with two plastic-coated wire shelves for organized storage and a 3/4" thick removable polyethylene cutting board for food preparation. The removable door gasket enhances hygiene and ease of cleaning. Included are 18 (1/6) pans for versatile ingredient storage.
