Description
The Advance Tabco CPU-5-DR is a high-quality ice-cooled serving counter designed for efficient food service. Measuring 77-3/4"W x 30-5/8"D x 34-3/8"H, it accommodates five 12" x 20" pan inserts with a depth of up to 6-1/4", providing ample space for ice underneath to keep food items chilled. The counter features a durable stainless steel top made from 22/430 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Included is a stainless steel shelf with a removable 8" x 3/8" thick poly cutting board for versatile food preparation. The unit is equipped with a 1" drain for easy cleanup and a stainless steel enclosed base with two sliding doors for convenient access. An 18-gauge stainless steel fixed undershelf adds extra storage space, while adjustable plastic bullet feet ensure stability on various surfaces. This product is NSF certified, meeting strict public health standards for safety and sanitation.
