The Advance Tabco SU-90-240 is a specialized autofill assembly designed exclusively for 240-volt electric hot food tables in the SW, HDSW, DISW, and DISLSW series. This factory-installed component enhances your food service operation by ensuring consistent water levels in your hot food tables, optimizing performance and efficiency. The assembly requires the -M manifold drain upgrade, available at an additional cost, except for the DISW-1-240 and HDSW series, which do not require this upgrade. Operating at 240v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 10 watts for the sensor and the control board, the SU-90-240 is engineered for reliability and ease of use, making it an essential addition for maintaining optimal food temperatures.
