It is equipped with durable ceramic blades and convenient bowl notches for easy food collection. The Dial-A-Slice mechanism allows for adjustable thickness settings ranging from 1 to 8mm. This versatile slicer includes seven interchangeable blade cartridges: one straight blade, one waffle blade, and five julienne blades (2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm), along with a serrated tomato blade and a grater blade.
