It features a stainless steel jar (3 qt. / 2.8 L) or accommodates a #10 can for versatile use. The spout warmer enhances safety when dispensing potentially hazardous foods, while the adjustable thermostat ensures precise heat control. Constructed with a Supreme™ stainless steel water-bath warmer and a durable black thermoset plastic top and bottom, this unit includes a stainless steel pump that dispenses 1 oz. (30 ml) per stroke, with collars for reducing yield in 1/8 oz. (3.7 ml) increments. It comes with three magnetic merchandising signs: Caramel, Cheese, and Fudge.
