Description
The AllPoints Foodservice Parts & Supplies 95135 is a countertop food topping warmer designed for efficient service. This FSP Fudge Server features a stainless steel water-bath warmer that dispenses directly from a 3-quart (2.8 L) stainless steel jar or a #10 can. The pump delivers a precise 1 oz. (30 ml) portion, with adjustable collars that allow for reduced yields in 1/8 oz. (3.7 ml) increments, making it ideal for managing portion sizes. For safety when dispensing potentially hazardous foods, a spout warmer is required. This unit operates at 500 watts and 120 volts, and is certified by NSF and cULus (#82060) for quality assurance. Jar not included.
