The American Dish Service ADC-66-T H R-L is a high-performance conveyor dishwasher designed for efficient and effective cleaning in commercial kitchens. This model features a right-to-left feed system and operates at high temperatures with dual sanitization, processing up to 244 racks per hour while using only 0.49 gallons of water per rack. Equipped with a powerful 3 HP wash motor and a prewash power scrapper, it ensures thorough cleaning of dishes. The deep "V" design enhances water flow for optimal cleaning results. The dishwasher includes an auto-fill feature and a drain pump filter for easy maintenance. Top-mounted controls provide user-friendly operation, while the dual rinsing system guarantees spotless results. Constructed from durable stainless steel, including stainless steel motor panels, this dishwasher is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It utilizes electric tank heat and operates on a 220V, 90A/3PH power supply, with a neutral connection. For enhanced performance, an optional booster for a 70-degree rise (model J-27) is recommended.
