The American Dish Service L-3DW-S is a high-efficiency door-type dishwasher designed for commercial use. This low-temperature chemical sanitizing machine features a straight-thru design that can be easily converted to fit corner spaces. It processes up to 55 racks per hour, utilizing just 1.2 gallons of water per rack, making it both economical and environmentally friendly. The 20-1/2" door opening allows for easy loading and unloading of dishes. Equipped with a powerful 1-1/2 HP pump, the dishwasher ensures thorough cleaning and sanitization. Additional features include an auto start function, air-gap fill for safety, built-in chemical dispensing for consistent results, and a built-in scrap accumulator to streamline the washing process.
