The American Panel Corporation AP5BCF45-2-P is a high-performance undercounter blast chiller and shock freezer designed for efficiency and reliability. This unit features the HURRiCHiLL™ technology, allowing it to chill food from 160°F to 38°F in just 105 minutes, with a capacity of 50 lbs. It can also freeze food from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes, accommodating up to 30 lbs. The self-contained design includes a solid-state electronic control panel with a variable frequency drive (VFD) display and alarms for easy monitoring. It comes equipped with one heated food probe for precise temperature control and manual defrost functionality. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this blast chiller/freezer is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. It features 3-inch casters, two of which are braked, for easy mobility. Powered by a 3/4 HP compressor and utilizing R290 refrigerant, it is both efficient and environmentally friendly. The unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
