It efficiently chills food from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes, with a blast chill capacity of 110 lbs. Additionally, it can freeze 90 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. Equipped with a user-friendly 7" LCD touch screen controller, the AP12BCF150-2-P features Quick Start and A La Carte functionality for streamlined operation. It includes a heated food probe for precise temperature monitoring. The unit is constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. It stands on 6" stainless steel legs for stability and accessibility.
