Description
The American Panel Corporation AP20BCF200-2 is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. This HURRiCHiLL™ model features remote refrigeration and accommodates one mobile rack (not included), with a capacity for 20 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2.5" or 10 pans measuring 18" x 26". It efficiently blasts chills 200 lbs. of food from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes and can freeze 120 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. The solid-state electronic control panel includes a VFD display and alarms for easy monitoring. A heated food probe ensures precise temperature control. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit meets UL CLASSIFIED EPH, ANSI/NSF, and cUL standards. It operates on a 208v/60/1 power supply, requiring an 8.0 amp draw and a 15 amp circuit for optimal performance.
