The American Panel Corporation AP20BCF200-3-XL is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller designed for efficient cooling in commercial kitchens. This HURRiCHiLL™ modular unit features self-contained refrigeration and accommodates a trolley measuring 32” W x 40” D x 73” H, with a chilling capacity of 200 lbs. from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes, or 220 lbs. in 120 minutes. Equipped with a user-friendly 7" LCD touch screen controller, it offers Quick Start and A La Carte functionality for streamlined operation. The unit is built with insulated panels and camlock assembly for enhanced durability, and it supports both automatic and manual operation. Programmable settings allow for customized chilling cycles, and a core temperature probe is included for precise monitoring. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this blast chiller is robust and easy to clean. It operates on a 2.5 HP motor using R404A refrigerant, requiring a 208v/60/3-ph power supply with a current draw of 19.5 amps.
