Description
The American Panel Corporation AP24BCF300-3-RHH is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. This HURRiCHiLL™ model features remote refrigeration and accommodates one mobile rack (not included), capable of holding either 24 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2.5" or 12 pans measuring 18" x 26". It efficiently blasts chills 300 lbs. of food from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes and freezes 180 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. The user-friendly 7" LCD touch screen controller offers Quick Start and A La Carte functionality for easy operation. Equipped with a heated food probe, this unit boasts a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance.
