The American Panel Corporation AP24BCF300-3 is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. This unit features HURRiCHiLL™ technology, allowing it to rapidly chill food from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes, with a capacity of 300 lbs. It can also freeze 180 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. The chiller accommodates one mobile rack (not included), compatible with either 24 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2.5" or 12 pans measuring 18" x 26". Equipped with a user-friendly 7" LCD touch screen controller, it offers Quick Start and A La Carte functionality for efficient operation. The unit includes one heated food probe for precise temperature monitoring. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it meets UL CLASSIFIED EPH, ANSI/NSF, and cUL standards, ensuring reliability and safety in food handling.
