It offers impressive chilling capabilities, rapidly cooling 260 lbs. from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes, and freezing 156 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. Equipped with a user-friendly 7" LCD touch screen controller, the AP26BCF-1T provides Quick Start and A La Carte functionality for streamlined operation. The unit is constructed with insulated panels and a camlock assembly, ensuring optimal temperature retention. It supports both automatic and manual operation and is fully programmable for customized settings. A core temperature probe is included for precise monitoring.
