This HURRiCHiLL™ model features remote refrigeration and accommodates up to two trolleys measuring 26" W x 36" D x 73.5" H (trolleys not included). It offers impressive chilling capabilities, rapidly cooling 520 lbs. from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes, and freezing 312 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. The user-friendly 7" LCD touch screen controller includes Quick Start and A La Carte functionality for easy operation. Built with insulated panels and a camlock assembly, it ensures optimal temperature retention. The unit supports both automatic and manual operation and is programmable for customized settings. A core temperature probe is included for precise monitoring. The stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and ease of cleaning.
