This HURRiCHiLL™ model features remote refrigeration and accommodates up to three trolleys measuring 31" W x 38" D x 73.5" H (trolleys not included). It offers impressive chilling capabilities, rapidly cooling 1080 lbs. from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes, and freezing 648 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. Equipped with a user-friendly 7" LCD touch screen controller, it provides Quick Start and A La Carte functionality for efficient operation. The unit is constructed with insulated panels and a camlock assembly, ensuring optimal temperature retention. It supports both automatic and manual operation and is programmable for customized settings. A core temperature probe is included for precise monitoring.
