It offers impressive chilling capabilities, cooling 460 lbs. from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes, and freezing 276 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F within 240 minutes. Equipped with a user-friendly 7" LCD touch screen controller, it provides Quick Start and A La Carte functionality for easy operation. The unit is built with insulated panels and a camlock assembly for enhanced durability. It supports both automatic and manual operation and is programmable for tailored use. A core temperature probe is included for precise monitoring. The stainless steel interior and exterior ensure longevity and easy cleaning.
