Description
The American Panel Corporation AP46BCF-2T is a high-performance roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer designed for commercial kitchens. This HURRiCHiLL™ model features remote refrigeration and accommodates up to two trolleys measuring 35" W x 39" D x 73.5" H (trolleys not included). It efficiently chills up to 920 lbs. from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes and freezes up to 552 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. Equipped with a 7" LCD touch screen controller, it offers Quick Start and A La Carte functionality for user-friendly operation. The unit includes insulated panels with camlock assembly for enhanced energy efficiency and can operate in automatic or manual modes. A programmable feature allows for customized settings, and it comes with one core temperature probe for precise monitoring. The stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. This model is cUL and UL EPH Classified, meeting stringent safety and performance standards.
