The American Panel Corporation AP7BCF70-2-P is a high-performance undercounter blast chiller and shock freezer designed for efficiency and reliability. This HURRiCHiLL™ model features a self-contained unit with a capacity to hold either (14) 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans or (7) 18" x 26" pans. It offers impressive blast chilling capabilities, cooling 70 lbs. from 160°F to 38°F in just 90 minutes, and freezing 60 lbs. from 160°F to 0°F in 240 minutes. Equipped with a user-friendly 7" LCD touch screen controller, the AP7BCF70-2-P includes Quick Start and A La Carte functionality for streamlined operation. A heated food probe ensures precise temperature monitoring, while the durable stainless steel interior and exterior provide easy maintenance and longevity. The unit stands on 6" stainless steel legs for stability and ease of cleaning. With a powerful 1-1/2 HP compressor, this blast chiller/freezer is UL CLASSIFIED EPH, cUL, and ANSI/NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
