The American Range AR-24G-2B is a powerful 36" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features a 24" griddle on the left with a 1" thick plate for even heat distribution and durability. Equipped with two 32,000 BTU open burners, this range provides exceptional cooking versatility. The standard oven measures 26-1/2" and includes two racks for ample baking space. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, it offers both durability and easy maintenance. Choose between a high shelf and riser, a 20" riser, or a 6" stub back for customized setup. The range stands on 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs for stability. With a total output of 41.0 kW and 139,000 BTU, it meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards and is proudly made in the USA.
