The American Range AR-6B-24RG-126L-SBR is a powerful 60" gas restaurant range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features six open burners, each delivering 32,000 BTUs, providing ample heat for various cooking tasks. The right side includes a 24" raised griddle/broiler with a durable 3/4" thick plate, perfect for searing and grilling. On the left, a standard oven measuring 26-1/2" is equipped with two racks, allowing for versatile baking and roasting options. The right side also includes a 26-1/2" storage base for convenient access to kitchen essentials. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, this range is built for durability and easy cleaning. Additional features include a choice of high shelf and riser options, either a 20" riser or a 6" stub back, and 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs for stability. With a total output of 79.0 kW and 267,000 BTU, this range meets rigorous commercial standards and is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
