The American Range ARGF-24G-4B is a powerful 48" gas range designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 24" griddle on the left with a 1" thick cooking plate, providing ample space for grilling. The range is equipped with four open burners, each delivering 22,000 BTUs for efficient cooking. Two 20" space saver ovens come standard, each with two racks, allowing for versatile baking and roasting options. The pilotless burner and oven ignition systems enhance safety and ease of use. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and sides, it includes a 20" back riser and shelf, with an optional 6" stub back for added convenience. The range stands on 6" adjustable chrome plated legs, ensuring stability and ease of cleaning. With a total output of 168,000 BTUs, this range is cETLUS and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for any professional kitchen.
