Description
The American Range ARGF-36G-2B-126L-SBR is a powerful 48" gas range designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 36" griddle with a 1" thick plate, providing ample cooking space for various dishes. The range is equipped with two 25,000 BTU open burners, delivering high heat for efficient cooking. On the left side, a standard oven measuring 26-1/2" includes two racks for versatile baking and roasting. The right side offers an 11" storage base for convenient access to kitchen essentials. The pilotless burner and ignition systems for both the griddle and oven enhance safety and ease of use. Constructed with a stainless steel front and sides, this range is built for durability and easy cleaning. It also offers customization options with a choice of high shelf and riser, a 20" riser, or a 6" stub back. The 6" adjustable chrome plated legs ensure stability on any surface. With a total output of 46.0 kW and 155,000 BTU, this range meets the demands of busy restaurant environments. cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, it is proudly made in the USA.
