The range is equipped with two 22,000 BTU open burners, delivering high heat for efficient cooking. Two 20" space saver ovens come standard, each with two racks, allowing for versatile baking and roasting options. The pilotless burner and oven ignition systems enhance safety and ease of use. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front and sides, it includes a 20" back riser and shelf, with an optional 6" stub back for added convenience. The range stands on 6" adjustable chrome plated legs, ensuring stability and ease of cleaning. With a total output of 144,000 BTU, this range is cETLUS and ETL-Sanitation certified, making it a reliable choice for any professional kitchen.
