Description
The American Range ARGF-8B-CL-SBR is a powerful 48" gas range designed for commercial kitchens. It features eight open burners, each delivering 22,000 BTUs for efficient cooking. The left side includes a spacious 26-1/2" convection oven equipped with two racks, providing ample space for baking and roasting. On the right, an 11" storage base offers convenient access to kitchen essentials. This range is designed with a pilotless burner and oven ignition system for enhanced safety and ease of use. The stainless steel construction ensures durability and easy cleaning, while the 20" back riser and shelf come standard, with an option for a 6" stub back. The unit is supported by 6" adjustable chrome-plated legs for stability. With a total output of 67.0 kW and 230,000 BTUs, this range meets the demands of any busy kitchen. It is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and proudly made in the USA.
