The American Range ARSTG-60 is a high-performance gas countertop griddle designed for commercial kitchens. With a generous 60" width and a 1" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate, it provides ample cooking space and excellent heat retention. The 21" cooking depth allows for versatile meal preparation. Equipped with five "U" shaped burners, it delivers a powerful 150,000 BTU output for efficient cooking. The modulating thermostat with a standing pilot ensures precise temperature control. A 3" splash guard helps maintain a clean workspace, while the stainless steel grease trough and grease drawer facilitate easy cleanup.
