The American Range M-HE is a high-efficiency gas convection oven designed for optimal baking performance. This single-deck oven features a bakery depth and offers precise thermostatic controls with a temperature range of 150°F to 500°F. Equipped with a one-hour timer and a 2-speed fan, it ensures even heat distribution for consistent results. The oven includes five chrome racks with twelve adjustable rack positions, allowing for versatile cooking options. Its porcelainized interior facilitates easy cleaning, while the 50/50 glass doors provide visibility during cooking. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and top, the M-HE is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It comes with two locking casters for easy mobility and stability. With a powerful output of 21.0 kW and 70,000 BTU, this oven is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, as well as ENERGY STAR® rated, making it an efficient choice for any culinary environment.
