This modular unit features panels only, measuring 7'-10" W x 9'-9 1/4" L x 8'-2 1/4" H, making it an ideal choice for various commercial applications. Constructed with a robust aluminum floor and 4” thick AK-XPS4 insulation, it provides exceptional thermal performance with an R-value of 29 for coolers and 32 for freezers. The exterior and interior surfaces are made from 26 gauge stucco embossed Acrylume, ensuring corrosion resistance and longevity. The walk-in freezer includes a flush self-closing door equipped with a heavy-duty keyed deadbolt handle for enhanced security. It features a digital LED thermometer with a pilot light switch for easy temperature monitoring, along with two super cam-lift spring-assisted hinges and a door closer for smooth operation. A prewired LED light fixture is included for optimal visibility inside the unit.
