The AMPTO ABT-15US is a high-performance commercial blast chiller/freezer designed for efficiency and reliability. This reach-in unit features a single section with a capacity for (15) 18" x 26" pans or (15) GN1/1 trays, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It offers impressive chilling capabilities, cooling from 149°F to 37°F, and freezing from 149°F to 0°F, with a chilling capacity of 110 lbs and a freezing capacity of 83 lbs. Equipped with a solid hinged door, the unit includes essential features such as a timer and temperature probe for precise monitoring. The stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the adjustable stainless steel legs provide stability on any surface. The AMPTO ABT-15US operates on R449A refrigerant with a powerful 5.1 HP compressor, consuming 3815 watts at 220v/60/3-ph and 10 amps.
