The AMPTO AMALFI B1 is a high-performance electric pizza bake oven designed for professional kitchens. Featuring a spacious deck measuring 38"W x 29"D x 7"H, it accommodates up to six 12" pizzas or two 18" pizzas simultaneously. With a maximum operating temperature of 840°F, this oven ensures perfectly baked pizzas with a crispy crust every time. Equipped with 20 customizable programs, it allows for precise control over cooking times and temperatures. The stainless steel bottom-hinged door provides easy access, while the halogen lighting illuminates the baking chamber for optimal visibility. The refractory brick baking chamber enhances heat retention and distribution, ensuring consistent results. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the AMPTO AMALFI B1 is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. With a power output of 7.7kW, it delivers efficient performance.
