The AMPTO DR15AK is an advanced automatic dough divider and rounder designed for high efficiency in commercial kitchens. Capable of processing up to 2,700 pieces per hour, it features a maximum load capacity of 5.3 kg (187 oz) and can create 15 ball portions of 350 g (12.34 oz) each. For smaller batches, it accommodates a minimum load of 2.25 kg (79.36 oz) with 15 portions of 150 g (5.26 oz). Equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen control, the AMPTO DR15AK allows for the customization of up to 10 programs, enabling precise adjustments for pressing, open height, and rounding parameters.
