The AMPTO DR36AK is an advanced automatic dough divider and rounder designed for high efficiency in commercial kitchens. For smaller batches, it supports a minimum load of 1.08 kg (38.09 oz) with 36 portions of 30 g (1.19 oz). Equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen control, the AMPTO DR36AK allows for up to 10 customizable programs, enabling precise adjustments for pressing, open height, and rounding parameters. Its adjustable feet and two front casters facilitate easy mobility and placement within your workspace.
