Description
The AMPTO ID-M 72.72 is a high-performance electric pizza bake oven designed for professional kitchens. Featuring a digital control panel, this deck-type oven offers precise temperature management with a maximum operating temperature of 840°F. The spacious baking deck measures 28-1/3"W x 28-1/3"D x 5-1/2"H, accommodating up to four 12" pizzas or one 18" pizza, as well as a 16" x 22" sheet pan. Constructed with a refractory brick baking surface, it ensures even heat distribution for perfectly cooked pizzas. The stainless steel external structure provides durability and easy maintenance, while the bottom-hinged door allows for convenient access. Halogen lighting enhances visibility inside the oven, making it easy to monitor your creations. With a power output of 4.2kW, the oven operates on a 230v/60/3-ph electrical system, with single-phase options available upon request. The open frame stand with casters is sold separately, allowing for easy mobility and setup.
