The AMPTO MPP-2BS is a high-performance refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and durability. This two-section unit features a spacious 12.0 cu. ft. capacity, providing ample storage for ingredients. It includes two self-closing doors for easy access and energy efficiency. Each section is equipped with a stainless steel wire shelf and universal stainless steel tray slides, ensuring organized and convenient ingredient storage. The 30" deep Sardinian granite work surface offers a robust and stylish area for food preparation, complemented by rear risers measuring 6-1/3” high to keep ingredients secure. The side-mounted, slide-out self-contained refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant for eco-friendly cooling. Constructed from 300 series stainless steel, both the exterior and interior are designed for easy cleaning and long-lasting use. The digital controller allows for precise temperature management, making this prep table a reliable addition to any kitchen. Operating at 110V/60Hz, it meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring safety and compliance in food service environments.
