The AMPTO MPP-2TP is a high-quality refrigerated countertop pan rail designed for efficient ingredient display and storage. Measuring 63 inches in length, it features a lift-up glass lid for easy access and visibility. This unit includes a variety of GN pans and lids: (1) ½ GN, (2) ¼ GN, (2) 1/3 GN, and (4) 1/6 GN, providing versatile storage options for various ingredients. Constructed from durable 300 series stainless steel, both the interior and exterior ensure longevity and easy cleaning. The self-contained refrigeration system is powered by a 1/6 HP compressor, and the digital controller allows for precise temperature management. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, the AMPTO MPP-2TP meets high safety and sanitation standards, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens and food service operations.
