The 30" deep Sardinian Granite work surface offers a durable and stylish area for food preparation, complemented by rear risers measuring 6-1/3” H to keep ingredients secure. The top refrigerated ingredient display case ensures that your toppings are always within reach and at the perfect temperature. This unit includes side-mounted, slide-out self-contained refrigeration using R290 refrigerant, ensuring efficient cooling. The 300 series stainless steel construction provides durability and easy cleaning, while the digital controller allows for precise temperature management.
