The AMPTO MPP-3BS Granite Pizza Prep Table is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in busy kitchens. This three-section unit features a spacious 16.0 cu. ft. capacity, accommodating ample ingredients for pizza preparation. Each section is equipped with self-closing doors and a stainless steel wire shelf, ensuring easy access and organization. The work surface is crafted from durable 30" deep Sardinian Granite, complete with rear risers measuring 6-1/3” high, providing a sturdy and hygienic area for food prep. The unit includes universal stainless steel tray slides for added versatility. A digital controller allows for precise temperature management, while the side-mounted, slide-out self-contained refrigeration system ensures efficient cooling. Constructed from 300 series stainless steel, both the exterior and interior are designed for durability and easy cleaning. Operating on R290 refrigerant, this unit is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
