Description
The AMPTO PZA-12US is a high-performance electric pizza bake oven designed for efficiency and versatility. Featuring two spacious decks measuring 41-1/2"W x 26"D x 5-1/2"H, this oven can accommodate up to twelve 14" pizzas or four 18" pizzas, as well as four 16" x 22" sheet pans. With a maximum operating temperature of 840°F and dual temperature technology, it ensures optimal cooking conditions for perfectly baked pizzas every time. The oven is equipped with electronic controls for precise temperature management and includes two stainless steel bottom-hinged doors for easy access. Halogen lighting illuminates the cooking area, while the refractory brick baking surface provides excellent heat retention and distribution. The durable stainless steel external structure ensures longevity, and the open frame stand is included for convenient placement. With a powerful output of 16.3kW, the AMPTO PZA-12US is cETLus and CE certified, and proudly made in Italy.
